I like the idea because of the searching implications. For those who do not care about the points, you can always do the force message to be solution for your own responses [you can not do this for other members replies] PLUS you can always send Michel an e-mail requesting that if you place in the top 5 for the month to donate your 3-month PUTM award to someone else.

Maybe we could also send e-mail to UT to request someone else's reply be marked as solution. Personally, I would like to see Michel allow any member to request a particular reply be considered for solution, not just your own replies.
