I probably would not subscribe to such a periodical -- for me, a daily (or so) read of UT provides me with similar value, and is easily searchable so I can look at previously mentioned solutions.
If you do decide to go ahead, you might broaden your target audience somewhat. Here's what I'm thinking: I do get a couple of newsletters like this - not VFP ones, but a VB and a SQL Server one. I do not use either of these products currently, but I figure reading these things is a good way to at least stay conversant with the issues. New VFPers and those outside the VFP community might find similar value in your product.
