Please pardon my denseness here, but I don't think I understand what this is getting at.

Are you saying that if *I* was answering I could select "Force this message...
" and then someone at UT would decide if that was actually right (or not)????

I'll look at the bottom of this when it's posted (nothing seen about forcing while Iwrite this) and see what's there then.

My prior ASSUMPTION on this was that the originator (only) saw this option and could click it.
