Thanks for the tip. I am using the exact same code as the sample at your website. My form works fine the first time, but fails if I close the form and then reopen it.

I have moved the email objects into the Main program and now it works fine. The problem is the MAPI OCX file will now need to be on every user's machine. My original plan was to put the MAPI OCX only on the machines of users that used the email form.
