There is a lot of buttons you can enable/disable to make room if you don't need them. This can be done in account setup for PUTM.

Interesting, I never thought of that. I would like to see the opinions of more users however. We're used to have it where it is now. Also, users working in low res, won't be able to access it. Whatever is at the right end, is less important than the left end. If we use a hyperlink on Online users, it won't be accessible for some users. Also, I'm not sure putting a hyperlink in the toolbar is a good approach.

There is a lot of icons which are also in IE. This was focusing on helping new users on site to be more up to speed with UT and also to be more standard. I think this is a good approach.
