I believe couple of months ago there was a thread about form's resizing. The idea here, that not all objects should change their height and width (could be controled by special property). For instance, buttons should only flow, but not resize. Try to search here on 'form resize' back 4th periods, you may find this thread. I remember Erik Moore participated in it, so this may narrow down the search.
