The original post posed the question "Is there a way via SQL-pass-thru to return a table from SQL Server with datetime fields as dates?" My concern here was to pull a date/time value from SQL Server into a VFP cursor as a date data type, so that I would not have to mess around with rewriting code/class(es) to handle the date/time value.
(Also, since no MS folks have jumped in here to correct our understanding of mapping a SQL Server date/time column to a VFP date column, I believe that it's safe to say that we are at the end of this thread ... a sad ending at that :( )
