I have a theory for you but no code right now. How about if you read the ini file in, all the while looking for your section, ie [Windows]. If you find the section don't copy it to the "new" ini file until you get to the next section. You could probably look for the next "[" since that should be the start of the following section. You should be able to read the rows of text from the ini file one at a time to look for the section to delete.
