BTW, as alternative to multiselect listbox you may use multiselect grid by Cetin Basoz. Take a look at FoxyClasses (link from the main page). The advantage of it:
1) Doesn't suffer multilist limit of items
2) Instead of going though each item in listbox you can just scan for lSelected, which would be faster.
3) Several nice features, like re-ordering by click on the header.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
