Hi,

I have an app that under certain circumstances sends email messages to some users (it has a table of recipients for each circumstance). The messages instruct about actions the recipients should take. All the actions involve running other apps (sometimes passing parameters). As the app that sends the messages knows what app must be run with what parameters (if applicable), I would like to send attached with the message a shortcut where the message's recipient could just double click on it and have the program run.

Is there a way to create a shortcut programmaticaly?

All apps run in a LAN under a win NT server.
