Good division on frames, but I got little problem on 800x600 interface.
Since the top frames icons are put in table, I only see half-height icon on top.
When I move my cursor on icon, the tooltips show very quick on status bar.
and then it drop back to "Document: Done"

I suggest NO wording on right, no table or table with bolder width 0
