Let's make sure WinNT is giving FPD enough memory. FPD's memory manager can conflict with WinNT's memory manager at application startup and cause problems.
1. Right click on the application icon and choose Properties.
2. Select the "Memory" tab.
3. Type 630 in the Conventional Memory control. Do not set it to Auto.
4. Set the DPMI memory to 8192 (8 MByte) or greater.

Save your settings and see if it helped.
