Windows 2000, like Windows NT does not use a Config.sys file (or an Autoexec.bat). It provides an equivalent "Config.nt" and "Autoexec.nt" for DOS and Windows app that need them. The usual place to find them is in C:\Winnt\system32\. You can create a custom one for each application if you want.
1. Right click on the application icon and choose "Properties."
2. Select the Program tab and click on the "Advanced" button.
3. Enter the path and title of your custom Congig or autoexec.
