Solution
Power on your system. You will see the IBM Aptiva logo screen. There will be two options at the bottom of the screen: Press [TAB] to show post screen, and Press to enter setup utility.
1. Press the F1 key to enter the setup utility. A CMOS Setup Utility screen will appear.
2. Select Load Default Settings using the arrow keys.
3. Press Enter. The Load SETUP Defaults (Y/N)? screen will appear.
4. Press Y for yes. The window will disappear and you will be returned to the Main Menu screen.
5. Press the F10 key to save and exit setup. A message will appear asking, Save to CMOS and EXIT (Y/N)?
6. Press Y for yes. Your Aptiva system will automatically restart.

VFP6 SP5, VFP8 SP1, VFP 9 SP 1 and Win XP SP 3 (unless otherwise specified)
