Ok, NOW I understand... Don't have to hit me over the head with a 2x4 more than twice to get my attention! It reminds me some of working with Diagnosis Codes in the healthcare industry. I think that I'm going to pass on it with this particular client; sounds like he needs someone who knows it well already to troubleshoot why it's not working.
