Documenting which tables are used by a given form could only be done at run time, and then only those "currently" in use. With private datasessions, shared data sessions and the ability to switch datasessions and/or dbcs "on the fly" (in code) really makes this impossible.
I'd suggest you add this information to your form's comments, make the developers keep it up to date and then use documenter to pull the information from there.
Note: Since you have the complete code for the Documentation Wizard (in c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Vfp98\Tools\XSource\xsource.zip), you can change the reports to whatever "standards" you require. There are also a number of alternate tools here in the Downloads area.
