This happend to me also several times. Just renaming the file doesn't solve the problem because you download a wrong file anyway. As I said, I believe is a browser problem.

Try to close Netscape and reenter. This should solve the problem. Also, look at Michel's reply and don't right click on the link... Sorry about this advice.
