Hi Zahid,

I remember I saw discussion on this kind of control. It could be combination of combobox+textbox. Combobox is behind textbox with only scroll arrow is shown.

What do you think?

Otherwise I would simply use tooltip+status bar text. It could be also a little bit bigger than other combos. Plus you can have a user's documentation on this.
