MSCOMCT2.OCX and MSCOMCTL.OCX are both redistributable. You would register them on the target machine with the Register Server tool, REGSVR32.EXE. The syntax is e.g. REGSVR32 MSCOMCT2.OCX. REGSVR32.EXE is normally in the OS\SYSTEM directory. If it's not there on the target machine, it is also redistributable.
