Kenneth,

It sounds like your SCX file has been corrupted. That is the table that is associated with a form. There are a couple avenues to try... Using a backed-up version is by far the easiest and you can look for specific records (ObjName and Methods fields primarily) to rebuild your code. Also, search the posts here at UT to see what others have done. There are table repair utilities available in the download section that may also resolve this for you. Good luck!
