You must create the master file of your help in RTF format using any editor that knows RTF (MSWord will do it).

When you have the RTF file, you can start using the HELP Workshop: include the RTF file in a new project and compile. Is really simple. I never needed any special doc. Just the help file that comes with the Help Workshop and some tests to see how to write a RTF file (this is the big work since RTF in MSWord is not WYSIWYG as a help).
