Not sure what you're looking for here - what do you mean by pie chart rounding ?

If it's calculation of the angles then use 360 * NumberX / (sum of all numbers) in degrees (replace 360 by 2 * pi for radians).

If it's display of the chart, then there are controls like MSChart.

Please elaborate on what you need.
