Ah, yes. I recall that. Using SP5 and not having Win2K previous to it, I didn't think about that.

I wonder what OS() FPW returns (as if it mattered)? I know under Win98SE, it returns DOS 07.10 and Windows 3.95 (OS(1)). I'll bet there's no difference.
