The commands seem to work however i seem to have a bug dealing with the WNetAddConnection function.

i run the program and it will work fine for a try or two. in between each run i make sure to disconnect the drives and run the program again. after a try maybe two (in windows NT only) i get an error code 1326 which i've come to translate as bad user id or password. as far as i can tell the user id and password are coming from the user logon becuase my prog has nothing to do with userid and password. the only thing i pass is any empty string for password. ive tried to hard code the password in and i get no problems. is there a way to call the password and user id then pass it to the WNetAddConnection function?
Or what could be rewriting my user profile password to cuase this error?
