EMPTY date would mean FUTURE, but that's me. Everything has a beginning but time still goes on, thus, EMPTY date.

Never born?
born = {}
died = {01/01/2001}

or

Still alive today.
born = {01/01/2001}
died = {}

Chuck

>returns True. Empty date is like time zero in the past and is not a null value [isnull(dDate) returns false]. I do not understand the problem.
