>We have only one server, used for our sales force to dial in from the field. I am seeing event 202 in Event Viewer which seems to indicate we are exceeding our user limit. For some reason the license is set up for Per Seat. Anyway, does anyone know what happens to the server when the user limit is exceeded? We have a service that runs on the server that controls the Cisco router which is stopping for some reason and I thought they might be related. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing happens to it. There is nothing in Windows that changes when you exceed the license limit.
