But I don't understand why you'd want to. The reason the cursor is a vertical line is because Windows allows proportional fonts. In DOS it was easy to have an underscore as the cursor, because it was always a single character wide. With the proportional fonts in Windows, the character widths change so the underscore doesn't work anymore. What would you change the cursor to?
