Title:
Fox Pro 2.6 array error message
I am by no means a programmer but am by default the IT
specialist in my private practice medical office. I am running a FoxPro
2.6 application initially designed years ago by one of the people at the
billing company I was using to do nothing more then collect demographic
information. That way I can keep track of my patients. I use it to
create superbills for my biller who inputs the data on an actual biling
program, among other projects we do in the office.
I have run into a problem that I don't know how to solve and can't find
anyone to help me. One area of the program allows me to pull up
referring doctors from an array created from a separate database so we
can consistently have correct information about those doctors (when we
are entering new patients). The problem I run into is an out of memory
error whenever the referring doctor database is greater then 275 names.
I have found an occasional mention of this problem when I search
Microsoft but no fixes for 2.6 except upgrade recommendations.
Can you direct me to somewhere where I can solve this malady? It
happens when I run my FoxPro 3.0 also(I do that just to test, I still
fiddle with the 2.6 dBase language). I have no other versions.
Thanks
