Based on your message, it sounds like you may misunderstand the use of the description field...first of all, are you referring to the "Description Field" located on the "Properties" page of the Business Object Builder?

The Description Field should be set to the name of the field in your associated cursor (if any) that contains a description of the record's contents. This must be a real field name.
