It sounds like the app can not find the images at runtime. Do you have the BMPs included in your project? You might also need to distribute the BMP files as seperate files outside the EXE if they don't work from inside the EXE.

MSK files are just BMP format files with an MSK extension. You can just make them solid black and the same size as the original BMP. VFP uses this file when it dithers the BMP onto the button face. They are mostly only needed when the dithering makes the white part of the image disappear because it's treated as a transparent color.

I mean if i create a simple vfp form and put a commandbutton with same bmp files, it works fine. I haven't done any kind of coding in my application which can cause this.
