If I click on File (UT's main menu), the Upload option is disabled. If I click on the Files icon, I simply get back to the files main screen. Don't see any other Files to click on.

Ok, here we go.

1. Click on the Files icon
2. You will get a list of category. Click on the category you wish to proceed. Under each icon, you will see the number of files in those categories
3. This will give you the list of files for that category
4. On that list, each file is hyperlinked, click (not right click) on the file you wish to download
5. The file will be downloaded

If this is not what you see or what you get, you need to upgrade your browser because there is really something wrong with the browser.
