The only way this will work is if I set the focus on a control of the form which is visible, in the visible area and not a container. So, adding an invisible control doesn't work. If I add a visible control, but have it left to -100, this doesn't either. However, if I set the focus on one of my form control, it works. Basically, as Mark mentioned, we might be better of to scroll thru the controls and find the tab order #1 to set the focus on it if we have a SetFocus() method.
