Yes, you can select printer by SET PRINTER command and use GETPRINTER() to select from list or APRINTERS() to obtain names of available printers.
For example:
SET PRINTER TO LPT1
SET PRINTER TO NAME LaserJet
SET PRINTER TO NAME \\Server\Printer
SET PRINTER TO NAME GETPRINTER()
SET PRINTER TO DEFAULT
