Thanks for the suggestion, I received the similar one from Dragan too. Unfortunately, it could not be easy implemented in our system. First of all, couple of applications have inner dependancies. Secondly, they are referenced under determined name in lots of places. So, I can not use this idea...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
