I have a system that is both on standalone Laptops and on Servers accessed via Workstations.

I regularly need to alter Table/View structures. For any structure changes, just write a program to handle it. Store VIEWs into PRG's and run them from your program. If it's a table structure see ALTER TABLE etc.
