Yeah, I rolled my own under a much simpler FP 2.6 and had a smaller learning curve with SQL DML when VFP DBC came out. Most of that came from designing Oracle databases. So when I moved to VFP in our personal side business, I just did an evaluation of time/benefit/cost and got SDT. I could not justify the hours compared to the SDT cost. I can't even imaging how much time Doug has put into SDT then and now to upgrade it to 7.
I am really looking forward to moving to VFP 7 when it becomes available publicly where I can start using the DBC events [and other cool features]. I have been playing with the beta and am getting really anxious to be able to start using the new stuff in live situations.
