When I issue the DIR command from within the command window, on my newer home computer I get the results double spaced. The list of .dbf's is spread so far across the screen that they each "wordwrap" onto the next line. It is very annoying and difficult to read.

My older work computer displays the DIR results perfectly, nice and compact.

Does anyone know the reason, or have a solution? I and using VFP 5.0b.
