>I think that's the same storm that hit us earlier this week. We had downed trees all over the place. A neighbor had one very large tree uprooted. It took a team of tree removers and a crane to get it out. Power was knocked out to several thousand homes. I didn't have power from 5:00 Tuesday night until 11:30 Wednesday morning. We got a total of 1.5" of rain. That may not sound like much, but the annual average rainfall is only 17" here.

A co-worker said today that her home was one of three destroyed by the tornado.
She lost several horses and other livestock, some family pets, the out buildings and the roof of her house.
