We are getting the following error:

Microsoft SQL Server Login
Connection failed:
SQLState: 'S1T00'
SQL Server Error: 0
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Timeout expired

This error has occurred very rarely in the past. Today is it happening incessantly, making it impossible for us to bring data into the server. MSN article Q191384 has given us some hints, but no changes we have made thus far have been successful. This error occurs when we try to run our data imports from both slow and fast machines, with large or small amounts of data.
We've even rebooted!
