If you mean web sites, www.dice.com is probably the most likely, though you can't trust the listings. If you're looking for contract work through a recruiting firm, post your resume on dice, monster, etc. and you should get calls about the real jobs.

If you mean which cities have the most VFP work, I have no idea <g>.
