Luxury - I had one customer recently who hadn't backed up their system for approximately 18 months. They went and bought a new PC and rang me to ask why my application wasn't installed on it along with Windows and Office.

I didn't know that Microsoft had started shipping my application as part of Windows so I am waiting for a lovely big royalty cheque <g>.

The customer had to go to try and find their old PC to get their data back - that was last week and I haven't heard from them since.

Believe me, your customers sound like professionals.
