Thanks for replying back. When I do the following command:

COPY STRUCTURE TO HldXFer_Tbl DATABASE E:\Payroll\Payroll

it gives me a message saying

File h:\payroll\hldxfer_tbl already exists as part of a database


It seem like it complaining about the source table.
