Check out the printer page setup on generic printer.
Most printer setting are 8x11" with it a little bit shorten than A4 paper size.

2nd, I would tell you that you're better no use the whole page to print...
Matrix Printer can't print top and bottom margin (about 4mm x 2)
You can handle it as it is general window printer setting.
Whereas HP printer quite strange that it can print at margin place..

If you try to compare the same report printed from HP and Matrix,
you will easily find that the HP printout will got 4mm higher thant the Matrix printer.

If you use Pre-print form such as invoice, packing list form,
you need to readjust the report to fill the new printer.. :(
