How to set the paper size in Reports 3.0?

Scenario:

In our application (being developed in Forms 5.0 and Reports 3.0), we want to provide an option which prints an A4 report and an envelope. The A4 report should be printed on the user's respective default printer what ever has been configured. The other report is printed on envelope which should go to a dedicated printer on the network.

For this purpose, we have defined the envelope report as DESNAME = printer share name and DESTYPE = Printer. For some reason the report when reaches the envelope printer asks for the A4 paper. After some efforts, we have determined that the report actually picks up the Default printer's default paper type, which is A4, and sends the envelope report to envelope printer in A4 request. Hence, the printing is improper. My Question is how can we set the paper size that the report should be printed in?
