Cathy Pountney addressed this problem in one of her article in FoxTalk. Suppose, each record has a field PicFileName, which holds filename with fullpath to the picture. Then all you have to do is to place (PicFileName) in the field (note, with parentesis (?)). This should work. Unfortunately, I lost this particular issue of FoxTalk, so I can not check this tip in printed version, but it's available on-line.
