I've just uploaded an alternative for the standaard RI builder. The Tax RiBuilder produces more compact and more readable code. In most circumstances it is slightly faster than the standard Ri builder. In Fast mode it is far faster than the standard RI builder.

It also provides more flexibility when wanting do do maintenance on table that normally violated RI rules.

Two new RI rules have been added:
1. Force Blank (DELETE rule): blanks the foreign key of all related childs when parent is deleted.
2. Allow blank. Allows the insert of a blank foreign key, but restricts other values that do not exists in the parent.
