Ahmad,

You can go to Gibson's security page at www.grc.com, click on the ShieldsUp link. From there you can get to several utilities, one of which is a port scanner. It scans the major ports for POP, Telnet, SMTP, etc. This works well if you want to check your firewall configuration.
