IF, FOR, and SCAN bring up Intellisense syntax in the current Beta version.

The syntax in Help for WITH is

WITH ObjectName
   [.cStatements]
ENDWITH

Maybe that's why it wasn't included. As Craig said, you can always configure it to your liking.
