Sounds like you added a new record to a view and then something caused the parent BizObj to change, forcing a requery attempt before you populated any fields in the new record. How is the record pointer moving in the parent BizObj? Are you selecting the page on which it's located? Are you using a toolbar? What is the lAutoPrimaryBizObj setting on ProgRoutineBizObj?
