Glad you have it working. One of the suggestions showed the list as character values, which is why I was asking about integers.

IN (Select * from selections where cTableName = ?.cTableName and dExecuted = ?.dExecuted)" which worked just fine. However, I just wanted to check to see if someone may have been able to get the IN operator to work by using a parameter with a comma-delimited list of values. Daniel had the solution so it looks like I can discard my table idea.
